Javier Álvarez

Javier Álvarez Ortiz was born in Vitoria. He is fourty years old. He is a telecommunications engineer by LEHIGH (Pennsylvania) and was postgraduated MSEE from the university of Pennsylvania-Philadelphia; MBA at EOI (Manchester Business School).

In Vodafone Javier Álvarez Ortiz was responsible for the management of Global Accounts for Spain and soon he became director for the whole Southern Europe. Later he was named Canary Islands Regional Director, taking as well the responsibility of Andalucía and Extremadura.

In October of 2012 he joined as Head of Marketing in the Business Unit of Enterprises and at present he is responsible of the sector SME.
