Doctor in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a PhD in Economics from the National Spanish Distance University. Master in Auditing from the Salamanca University, Master in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Executive Program Certificate from the Standford University Graduate School of Business.

Author of several professional journals and various articles for academic publications. Javier is Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of ConnectedtoGo, enterprise that provides connectivity and information to travellers through innovative solutions and with an unique business model based on a network composed of strategic partners such as TUI, Iberia Airlines, Iberostar Hotels, Barceló Hotels, Recordgo, Europcar, Goldcar, Logitravel, Muchoviaje, Destinia, Dunas Hotels, Fuerte Hotels and so on.

He has a twenty years experience dedicated to the world of tourism, new information technologies and communication. He began his professional career in Mundicolor Iberia Group, where he occupied various management positions. He has been the General Manager of the Eureka Eurotourism Consortium where he was in charge to promote the application of new technologies to tourism.
