Paulino Cuevas

He is a lawyer, producer and consultant in the creative industry. After finishing his formation in law, at the University of Malaga, he deepens in the area of film direction in the Media Business School, completing his knowledge in the field of international negotiation.

In 1999, he founded Euromedia Consulting, a Spanish-Dutch company where he has developed his career and then he has worked in many fields of the entertainment industry. Cuevas is currently developing much of his career as a specialist screen tourism consultant (screen tourism), neologism that extends the concept of film tourism and therefore he includes there new windows such as the video game industry or mobile devices.

He collaborates regularly in the Andalucía Film Commission, Spain Film Commission and Film London (UK). He has participated in several publications of creative industry and tourism screens is one of the sectors which he shows greater interest. Now he works for Promalaga, Local Development Agency of the Town Hall of Malaga, as a researcher and consultant to the European project “EUROSCREEN”(Interreg VC), whose also was the promoter. He also directs strategic consulting work linked to tourism screens for The Tourist Board of the Costa del Sol where he focuses on the advertising industry.

Paulino Cuevas is Chairman in Audiovisual Malaga and Vice-President of Proincine.
